Back in 2011 Sogelau Tuvalu recorded the officially slowest 100m time of 15.66secs, but in-turn won the hearts of thousands.
Initially entering in the shot-put category, Tuvalu failed to qualify, but instead of giving up the American Samoan turned his attention to running the 100m instead.
The 15.66secs Tuvalu clocked was a PB and his reward? Well, he recieved a much larger cheer from the crowd than the winner!
