1) “This seems a lot of work for a free banana” – Painfully correct. I suppose we could just buy one for 20p down our nearest store, but that’s no fun!
2) “Is that gel in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?!” – What an embarrassing situation that could be. Remember to keep your shorts neat and tidy!
3) “Finishing – Is your only f****** option” – Again, ball achingly right but not quite sympathetic. Deep disappointment greets you if you give up!
4) “This guy is an idiot! No, he’s the idiot!! Am not! Are too! Leave me alone, or I will taunt you with another sign!” – Love a good domestic on the way round. These two fellas would give you a cheerful chuckle.
5) “Snot rocket firing practise” – A unique, quirky and amusing challenge en route. We’ve all needed to blast our nasal passages dry, but how many points would you score?
6) “The end is near” – Last but not least, this one speaks for itself. Although I hope he is referring to just the race!
