L2S_HR_landscape_600x300Last2Survive is a brand new endurance race launching in October this year with one key different and distinguishing feature: it doesn’t have a finish line.

Dubbing itself as the “ultimate endurance adventure race”, it really is a case of the last person standing winning.

The two-day non-stop event will come at you with various challenges at varying pace. These challenges include  running, hiking and hunting for hidden markers. However, the event also includes some slightly more leftfield challenges, such as river yoga and wood chopping.

Matthew Dawson, solo channel swimmer and triathlete, explained how he came up with the concept. “We wanted to put on an event that was really tough and not just in name, for people who’ve finished other races and thought, ‘Is that it?’.

“We wanted to create something that gives people a feeling of achievement akin to climbing a mountain or crossing a desert, something that pushes them beyond their limits.”
