A Shaolin Monk has run 125 metres on water.

Shi Liliang has been running on planks on water for 10 years, and is really rather good at it.

Lilang is running on a bridge of thin plywood boards tied together by strips of cloth. The boards would sink if you were to stand on them, but by running at the right speed and lightly enough, Lilang is able to keep moving.

Lilang says the key is to run quickly with small steps, focusing your strength in the toes and using what buoyant force provided by the boards.
