Never heard of National Running Day? Well you have now, and it should be your favourite days of the year!
It’s one of the only recognised days of the year which brings the nation together in a bid to celebrate and promote running.
The National Running Day website also sees it as a great chance for you guys to raise money for charity – what better way to feel good about yourselves.
You may also notice on Twitter that many of the running companies are jumping on the #NationalRunningDay bandwagon and offering one day only deals, so don’t miss out!
