This is the 35th year of the SSE Airtricity Dublin Marathon! Held on 27 October, it’s run through the historic Georgian streets of Dublin, Ireland’s capital city.
The largely flat single-lap closed-road race provides perfect conditions for a 26.2 miler, which is probably why it’s so popular. Starting and finishing close to the city centre, the route takes in many of the city’s highlights and also includes a stretch through leafy Phoenix Park. Expect great crowd support as you head from the park back towards the centre!
