On Saturday, Brit Mo Farah broke the indoor two-mile world record at the Birmingham Indoor Grand Prix.
With his first world record, Farah thundered it round the track leaving the rest of the field in his wake. The 31 year old recorded a time of 8mins 3.4secs, beating the previous world record by nearly a whole second.
In what has been a difficult week for Farah, he confessed that the Twitter spat with fellow Brit Andy Vernon inspired him to set the record.
Vernon has since tweeted to congratulate Farah, with the pair seemingly moving on from the online debacle.
