Age UK’s Leeds Abbey Dash, on 16 November, is an excellent 10K for first timers and experienced runners alike. Now in its thirtieth year, it’s Leeds’ favourite 10K and rounds off the running season on a high. Come along to get your personal best on a flat route with a great atmosphere – all in the knowledge you’re raising money to help older people across the country love later life.
The course takes in many of the sights of the city centre, including Kirkstall Abbey. It’s a fairly big race, so expect a bustling atmosphere and good local support.
