The Yorkshire Marathon remains one of the UK’s most popular marathons, with places selling out in five consecutive years and demand in 2018 is set to be equally high.
Described as the No.1 alternative to London, by the Daily Mirror, people come from across the UK and beyond to take part in this destination marathon in the historic city of York.
Since its launch in 2013, the Yorkshire Marathon has gained a reputation as a “must do” run with it’s incredible atmosphere and the stunning route taking runners from the University of York, through the ancient city walls and out into the picturesque Yorkshire countryside.
