Training for a big run can feel like an uphill struggle. Leg aches. Blister rubs. Muscle strains.
But at St John Ambulance, we know exactly how to keep you going. Think of us as your very own locker room support team. Always in the wings, cheering you on. Even Olympians need a team behind them and as far as teams go, we’re not a bad one to have on your side – after all, we are the nation’s leading first aid charity.
We know how to patch you up when you need it and use all our expert knowledge to give you vital training tips, advice, and peace of mind. But what’s more, we’re there when it matters – on the course itself!
We’re the team who will be there on race day, not just for you, but for all the other runners putting their body through its paces. And throughout the year, you’ll find us at gigs, football matches, village fairs, sports days and festivals.
Run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for St John Ambulance and you can be a life saver without ever needing to open a first aid kit. With your sponsorship, you will help hundreds of thousands of people across the country to learn first aid. Every penny you raise helps us to put our first aid trainers in schools, equip our volunteers, run our ambulances, and deliver expert care where it’s needed most. Together we can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
