Think of how easy it is to tie your shoelaces. No problem? Now imagine tying them whilst wearing oven gloves. Not so easy? Severe pins and needles in your hands and feet are just one of the many challenges that someone living with multiple sclerosis faces on a daily basis.

Every day in the UK, 14 people are diagnosed with MS. It’s a lifelong chronic condition for which there is currently no cure. We’re fighting to improve treatment and care to help people with MS take back control of their lives. And we’re funding research to stop MS in its tracks.

With various running events throughout the UK in 2016, take the first step by joining the #MSSuperstars team today and with your support, we are one step closer to beating MS.
