Why it’s good news for runners
Ideal for warming your body and soul after a winter run.
Gin is ideal for helping to relieve achy joints and inflammation, while walnut milk also has anti-inflammatory properties (making it perfect for long-distance runners).
Walnuts are considered a superfood, and packed with minerals such as manganese, copper, magnesium and phosphorous. They are also loaded with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, making walnut milk a boost for any cocktail.
Rum also has health benefits, including antimicrobial properties to help prevent colds this winter, improve sleep and is thought to even increase your lifespan!
