Arnica Massage Oil: A warming rub which helps prevent minor sports injuries and will release tight knotty muscles or comfort old aches and pains that may flare up when put to the test. It is also packed with nourishing plant oils to give dry skin a treat, and naturally fragranced with rosemary and lavender to revive you.
Arnica Muscle Soak: A warm bath will ease aching muscles post-run, and speed recovery. It helps soothe body and mind while your muscles and weary limbs relax. Feel the tiredness and fatigue float away.
