This run takes less than 25 minutes and the premise couldn’t be simpler.
The Session
- Perform a quick dynamic warm-up – one round of this should do it.
- Start your watch and run at a steady pace in one direction for 12 minutes.
- Once the 12 minutes is up, turn around and run at threshold pace back to the start.
- Get your pacing right and you should run a negative split (run the second half of the run quicker than the first).
