  • Stand with your feet together and you hands by your sides
  • Jump up, part your legs and clap your hands above your head
  • Return to the starting position

  • Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands by your sides
  • Bend your knees to a 90-degree angle, with your hands out in front, trying to keep as straight a back as possible
  • Return to the starting position

Lunge

  • Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands by your sides
  • Take a large step forward with your right leg, bending to a 90-degree angle
  • Return to the starting position. Alternate legs.
