Why it’s good news for runners

Ideal for warming your body and soul after a winter run.
Gin is ideal for helping to relieve achy joints and inflammation, while walnut milk also has anti-inflammatory properties (making it perfect for long-distance runners).
Walnuts are considered a superfood, and packed with minerals such as manganese, copper, magnesium and phosphorous. They are also loaded with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, making walnut milk a boost for any cocktail.
Rum also has health benefits, including antimicrobial properties to help prevent colds this winter, improve sleep and is thought to even increase your lifespan

How to make your Christmas Cocktail

  1. Add the American Rye, Gin and Honey Rum to a shaker and shake with cubed ice.
  2. Add walnut milk and black walnut bitters. Shake again.
  3. Add cubed ice to a tumbler/mug
  4. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler/mug
  5. Garnish the cocktail with poppy seeds and walnut, or a cinnamon stick
