The Men’s 10K returns to Glasgow on Father’s Day, Sunday 19th June 2016 and entries are open now! We’re also offering a FREE PLACE to one luck winner… If you’re interested then read on!

Whether you’re an experienced runner or have never run a 10K before, we want you! This is an event all about raising awareness of men’s health issues as well as celebrating the thousands of inspirational men who turn up each year and conquer their own personal challenges with admirable determination.

This is more than just a 10K, for many, it is the first step to becoming a better version of themselves. Whether you’re running to lose weight, quit smoking, raise money for a cause close to your heart, or simply to run a PB, make sure you’re involved in this fantastic feelgood event.

Starting at 10am right outside the Riverside Museum, the amazing city centre route heads east along the River Clyde and takes in scenic views across the river. The route then heads along Anderson Quay and over the Squiggly Bridge with views up and down the Clyde. Runners then head east and cross back over the Clyde and onto Argyle Street, Buchanan Street and along the south side of George Square. The route continues down Saltmarket as runners cross the Clyde for the third time.

Runners cross the Clyde for the final time just after the 7km mark, entering Glasgow Green and passing the People’s Palace with 2km to go. The last kilometre winds back through the city centre, past the Old Fruitmarket and zig zags back along to George Square where cheering crowds await to help you in one last effort to cross the finish line. On finishing, you’ll receive your well earned medal, water and goodybag. Take our word for it, you don’t want to miss out!
