The 5K is perfect for the beginner or charity runner.
The 10K has the perfect mix of obstacles, mud and fun.
The championship qualifying 10 miler is where the pain begins. Taking on this challenge is not for the faint-hearted. You will need your wits about you!
For the truly insane take on our award-winning Suffering Legend or Relentless Suffering Challenges.
In case the incredible sense of satisfaction isn’t enough, for completing any of our OCR challenges and you’ll take home our award-winning Finisher t-shirt and medal.
We even have a race for families and kids, but don’t be fooled… This is no fun run around the park. Be prepared for a ton of mini obstacles, mud and splashing around in big puddles.
Running solo? No worries…
Whether running solo or in a team, for personal achievement or for charity, The Suffering is perfect for you. The camaraderie on the course is second to none and you’ll never feel like you’re running alone. New friends are around every corner to help you through the mud and over the obstacles, and if no-one else is there you can call on our extra-friendly marshals to give you a hand.

As a testament to this, The Suffering is the only race in the world where you can auto-qualify for the World, European and UK Championships.
